Position Overview:

 

The Application Support Analyst I will be responsible for providing daily application support to internal customers for the company’s enterprise software applications. This role will work in a team environment providing support to all areas of the business. Strive for continuous business improvements that add value to the business.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

·      Reviews, analyzes, and troubleshoots the organization’s enterprise software applications and databases.

·      Analyze and develop logical resolutions for business issues from a technical and business perspective.

·      Coordinate application support helpdesk activities

·      Document root cause and resolutions to issues.

·      Document procedures as needed

·      Provide first level support for JDE, WMS, MES, EDI, and other related software

  • Assist in the support of planning and business intelligence system, Hubble.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for Food Safety as related to position.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

·      2 - 4 years of experience supporting enterprise applications.

Network Support Specialist

 

Position Overview:

This position has the responsibility for providing desk phone, cell phone, printer, copier, video conferencing and desktop support. This position will be working with desktop issues, printer issues, network wiring, some server and networking issues in addition to supporting a user community that ranges greatly in technical experience and ability, so personality and communication skills are key.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Troubleshoot MS Office, Windows desktop operating systems, phone, cell phone, copier and printer issues.
  • Support users with technology related to meetings. This includes training room systems, video conference systems, Skype for Business or other online meeting technology.
  • Setup and deploy workstations, laptops, cell phones and desk phones including wiring.
  • Help with cell phone requests such as travel requests, assumption of liability requests, and upgrade requests.
  • Support users as they may move to different locations within the building.

The production associate will be expected to contribute to the general manufacturing, production and packaging of candy in accordance with the standards of the Company.  This associate will perform all tasks in a safe manner with consideration to product quality and volume to meet the production schedule and needs of our consumers.  Potentially all the equipment used in all of the processes used in the manufacture of product in the plant including the running of machinery for cutting, wrapping, bagging, and packing the product for the end customer. Some processes involve the use of heavy equipment including Mustangs, Packers, circle wrappers, theiles, bliss machines, Rovema, Viking, Hayssen, and matrix baggers. In addition, the use of a motorized pallet jack, forklift, and film loader.

Revenue Accountant

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for managing and monitoring Sales team trade spend budget. The Revenue Accountant is responsible for tracking, auditing and providing Sales with tools to monitor account specific trade spend as well as ROI’s on promotions.  This role is responsible for increasing trade spend efficiency and growing profitable sales. The Revenue Accountant will provide annual spend budgets, review and approve/deny account programs and events, provide customer profitability analysis, and help track channel spend rates. The Revenue Accountant is also responsible for managing the AR Deduction Specialist and meeting the goals of deduction clearing.  This position is a part of the Accounting Department, but works in a team environment with Manufacturing, Customer Relations, Logistics, Marketing and specifically Sales to collaborate on account opportunities and programs.    

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the department to drive profitable business decisions through analyzing syndicated, industry and account data
  • Establish and monitor annual budget for trade spend by fund code by channel and priority accounts.
  • Evaluate and help determine measurements for Shopper marketing programs
  • Manage AR Deduction Specialist associate and functions.
  • Use experience and judgment to evaluate spending requests and approve/deny, or make recommendations for such, based on parameters for promotions & EDLP.  
  • Monitor customer accounts and review customer profitability.
  • Utilize syndicated and POS account specific data to monitor promotional activity including competitors   
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales and finance on profitability assignments.
  • Collaborate on customer, segment, and brand analysis to influence and formulate actionable business decisions.
  • Evaluate trade spending and identify drivers of over/under spending, utilizing JDE/VG reports
  • Develop reports to track and analyze trade spending and promotional evaluations as well as continuing to improve the deduction clearing process in JDE.
